MYRO Tested for Modular Efficiency at LINQ Factory

In June 2025, MYRO was deployed at the LINQ Modular offsite construction facility in Dubai to evaluate its performance within a controlled, factory-based modular construction setup. The trial focused on validating MYRO’s ability to deliver consistent paint quality, rapid output, and smooth adaptability in a high-efficiency production environment.

Spanning a total paintable area of 120 square metres, the test provided valuable insight into how robotic painting can be seamlessly integrated into offsite workflows-where speed, precision, and repeatability are critical. The deployment aimed to assess MYRO’s capabilities under factory conditions, ensuring alignment with the industry's push toward automation in modular building systems.

MYRO was up and running within 20 minutes of setup, quickly establishing itself as a productivity asset. During the test, the robot achieved a painting rate of 125 square meters per hour, while maintaining a paint consumption rate of 11 sqm per litre-highlighting not only efficiency but also economical use of material.

The project reaffirmed MYRO’s strength in delivering superior paint application while reducing dependency on manual labor. Its ability to maintain high standards across modular units contributes directly to improved quality assurance and faster production cycles in offsite construction environments.
