MYRO Tested at Latitud Condominium Design
At the Latitud Condominium Design in Rio de Janeiro, MYRO painted at a speed of 140 sqm/h, using just 1L per 12 sqm. The project validated MYRO’s speed and precision in residential construction, reinforcing its automation value for developers like RJZ Cyrela.

MYRO was deployed for a field test at the Latitud Condominium Design site in Rio de Janeiro, in partnership with RJZ Cyrela, to evaluate robotic painting in a residential tower under construction. The trial was designed to assess MYRO’s performance in terms of paint speed, finish quality, and material efficiency within a vertical housing context.
Over the day, MYRO painted a total area of 42 square meters with a productivity rate of 140 square meters per hour. The robot maintained a paint consumption efficiency of 12 square meters per litre, demonstrating a strong balance between speed and resource usage.
Consistent Performance in Urban High-Rise Settings
- Proved reliable paint application in tight residential space
- Accelerated finishing tasks without quality compromise
- Maintained high surface finish standards
- Addressed key challenges in urban high-rise construction
- Ideal for projects with strict timelines and aesthetic demands
MYRO’s real-world performance spoke for itself. The robot’s presence on-site allowed project stakeholders to observe its capabilities first-hand, highlighting both its autonomous precision and compatibility with existing workflows.
For RJZ Cyrela, the pilot project aligned with a growing interest in innovative construction tools that can improve site efficiency while reducing dependence on manual labour. MYRO’s showing at the Latitud site opened the door for future collaboration and potential scaling of robotic painting in future developments.
By meeting performance expectations on both quality and speed, MYRO continues to validate its value proposition in high-density, design-sensitive environments, pushing forward a future where intelligent automation becomes the new standard in construction.
