At Rio de Goa, MYRO completed 6,873 sqm of interior painting across 18 apartments in just 15 days-66% faster than manual methods. Partnering with Tata Realty, this deployment showcased MYRO’s real-world impact in quality, speed, and paint efficiency for large-scale housing projects.

In January 2023, MYRO was deployed at the Rio de Goa residential project in partnership with Tata Realty, showcasing its ability to transform interior wall painting in large-scale housing developments. This marked a significant step forward in construction automation, particularly in reducing project timelines and reliance on manual labour.
The project involved painting 18 apartment units, covering a total of 6,873 square metres. MYRO completed the task in under 15 days, outperforming traditional painting methods and setting a new benchmark for speed and efficiency in the sector.

The paint finish delivered by MYRO met industry benchmarks for Wet Film Thickness (WFT) and Dry Film Thickness (DFT), ensuring technical compliance and a professional-grade surface. Additionally, MYRO’s optimised paint spread contributed to a 5% reduction in material wastage, highlighting its efficiency in both performance and resource use.
