MYRO Demonstrated at Go Up Residence for Direcional Engenharia
At Go Up Residence in Belo Horizonte, MYRO painted 145 sqm at 165 sqm/h during a live demo for Direcional Engenharia’s board. The project showcased MYRO’s speed, paint quality, and material efficiency for mid-market residential construction.

MYRO was deployed for a field test at Go Up Residence, a residential tower under construction in Belo Horizonte. Organised in collaboration with Riva,Direcional Engenharia's Real Estate Developer for mid and upper markets, the demonstration was designed to showcase MYRO’s capabilities in front of Direcional's Board of Directors, engineers and tech teams.
Covering a 145 square meter area, MYRO delivered a productivity rate of 165 sqm/h, proving its ability to complete interior painting tasks efficiently within mid-market residential projects. The event focused on three core performance indicators: paint quality, paint savings, and overall speed, each of which aligned closely with Direcional operational goals.
MYRO’s output demonstrated its value in accelerating timelines while maintaining consistent finish standards. The robot's ability to apply even coatings across walls with minimal variation caught the attention of observers focused on quality control and long-term cost efficiency.
Designed as both a performance evaluation and strategic presentation, the session allowed senior leadership from Direcional Engenharia to engage directly with the technology. MYRO’s team facilitated live walkthroughs, answered technical questions, and highlighted how robotic automation can align with existing construction workflows, especially in projects where turnaround time and finish quality are under constant pressure.
By partnering with one of Brazil’s most prominent players in the mid-market residential segment, MYRO positioned itself as a viable solution for large-scale, multi-unit housing. The Go Up Residence project served as a strong proof point for how automation can be introduced to improve project outcomes, without increasing labour burden or disrupting timelines.
