MYRO Automates High-Precision Painting at Sobha Hartland – Waves

At Sobha Hartland – Waves, MYRO was deployed to demonstrate its efficiency in large-scale interior painting within a premium residential environment. With an emphasis on speed, quality, and operational control, the project highlighted how robotics can drive productivity while maintaining a consistent, high-end finish.

MYRO completed the setup process in just 30 minutes, ensuring rapid deployment and minimal disruption to ongoing site activities. Within 75 minutes of total painting time, MYRO covered 1,269 sq. ft. of surface area with precision-underscoring the robot’s ability to accelerate project timelines without compromising quality.

During the deployment, MYRO achieved a productivity rate of 1,015 sq. ft./hr, with a top speed of 34 sq. ft./min. These results significantly outpaced manual methods and illustrated MYRO’s potential to transform standard site operations into faster, safer, and more controlled processes.

In addition to high-speed execution, MYRO maintained consistent performance over multiple days, achieving a peak output of 1,737 sq. ft. This reliable throughput reinforced its value in high-density, fast-moving construction projects where every hour saved can impact overall delivery timelines.

The robot’s real-time mapping and pathing intelligence ensured that every section of the floor plan was accurately covered-without gaps, overlaps, or manual touch-ups. This not only streamlined the workflow but also elevated finish consistency across varied surfaces.
