MYRO’s First Public Launch in Hyderabad
MYRO launched publicly in Hyderabad in December 2019. Unveiled by Eternal Robotics, the event introduced the world’s first intelligent wall-painting robot-showcasing 10x productivity, 80% less labor reliance, and strong cost savings for construction teams through advanced automation.

On December 19, 2019, Eternal Robotics hosted the first official unveiling of MYRO, the world’s first intelligent wall-painting robot specifically designed for construction. The event, held at Taj Deccan, Banjara Hills, marked MYRO’s entry into the public domain and formally introduced it as a breakthrough in automation for the built environment.
The event welcomed an exclusive audience of industry leaders, partners, and media for a live screening and demonstration of MYRO’s capabilities. Attendees observed how the robot could automate large-scale painting tasks, reduce manual labor dependence, and deliver high-precision results across varied surfaces-redefining what was possible in construction finishing.
The showcase emphasized MYRO’s key advantages: 10x productivity, 80% reduced labor reliance, and consistent dry film thickness for uniform coatings. These performance metrics, backed by internal benchmarks and visual case studies, positioned MYRO as a commercially viable and scalable alternative to traditional painting methods.
Eternal Robotics also highlighted the economic case for MYRO: with a lifespan of 12 million sq. ft. and a painting cost of approximately $0.0059 USD per sq. ft., the robot delivered cost savings of over $120,000 USD across just 12 million sq. ft. - with full cost recovery projected by 4 million sq. ft.
The launch wasn’t just about showcasing technology-it was about signaling a new direction for construction automation. As part of Eternal Robotics’ broader mission to simplify hazardous, exhausting, and repetitive tasks through intelligent systems, MYRO was positioned as the flagship product in a portfolio of real-world robotic solutions.
The Hyderabad debut laid the foundation for MYRO’s future adoption across India and beyond-marking the beginning of a new era in robotic construction.
